Noel brings a wealth of experience in investment banking, growth strategy and business development, with a strong background in corporate finance gained from several years working with Crane Bank Ltd a leading commercial bank in Kampala, where he was a member of the bank’s Management Strategic Planning Committee. As an investment banker, Noel is focused on capital consolidation and transaction execution. He is responsible for strategic advisory and capital acquisition for various corporate clients, SMEs and private equity firms in East Africa and the Middle East.
William is a Certified Trade Advisor by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). His professional experience spans more than ten years in both public and private sector including heading the Market Information Systems Division at the Uganda Export Promotions Board (UEPB) in Kampala, where he was Deputy Executive Director. He is currently Director- Single Project Implementation Unit at the Private Sector Federation, Rwanda. His career has seen him cover business development strategy and information systems, export marketing and IT project implementation and enterprise development.
